And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,  for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,  **till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.**” (Eph. 4:11-13)

This morning in prayer a vision was shown that will remain private with the exception of noting the importance and power of prayer.  It’s been noted before, if we could see with our physical eyes the effects of prayer, Believers would pray to the FATHER in the name of Jesus all the time.

Spoken Words of Knowledge following the vision this morning:  “Apostolic Jacket“Vest” and then “Alleluliah”

I understood that this jacket related to the Apostles as exemplified in Jesus in the New Testament when He selected His 12 Apostles.  But there is also one born “out of time” who was appointed an Apostle and commissioned to preach the Gospel by the resurrected Christ. It was none other than Paul – the ‘Apostle to the Gentiles. ‘

Although the symbolic meaning of the Jacket as a covering and mantle was understood, it was further understood that I was being guided to a deeper meaning with the word “Vest”.

 According to: Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary:

Main Entry:  Definition of Vest.  Function:  A Verb. Etymology:  Middle English “Vesten”; To give into the possession or control of someone.  From the early French “Vestir”; means to dress with clothes, to give power or authority to. From Latin  “Vestir” which means to clothe.  From “vestis”; a clothing garment.’

I am again reminded of Joshua who, having been found worthy, had his filthy garments removed in order to be clothed in clean raiment fit for the service of the Lord in the tabernacle. And so it appears – at least insofar as I can understand it – that the Lord Jesus Christ is once more, in similar fashion, selecting and clothing people “out of time” for apostolic work to advance GOD’S end-time master plan on earth. The New Covenant. Having been redeemed by the blood of the Lamb, they will help bring the Light of His Word and Spirit down from heaven to overrule the powers of the enemy and to enlighten a people lost in darkness. And no one can claim this call and role except it be bestowed from above. It is never self-appointed. It is GOD only who chooses, authorizes and appoints. I am hearing: “they are hired men.” Indeed, employed by the Lord Himself for apostolic work and most likely for a comparatively short time considering these latter days. (Mat. 20:1) And the angels!  Well, my goodness, “Hallelujah”, they are exuberantly rejoicing with praises to GOD in heaven over these ones. Praise the Lord and harmoniously rejoice with the angels, Indeed!

Praise GOD and thank you Jesus.

Keep the Faith and remember to Pray!
