‘Words of Knowledge’ on This Topic
Multitudes still do not believe that the Lord will return. Multitudes more have back slidden, are living in sin and scoffing at His return. And many more are growing faint as they wait. In recent months I have been hearing: “He is Coming” These Words of Knowledge are an encouraging “reminder“ that, although only the FATHER knows when the Son will return, (Mk. 13:32) He will most assuredly return with eternal favor for those who have prepared themselves! And, as the Holy Bible teaches, it will happen as subtly and suddenly as a thief in the night. (1 Thess. 5:1-2) Nonetheless, considering events taking place in the world today, it should not be surprising that His return is imminent. (Mat. 24:33)
Apostle Peter on the Subject
“Beloved, I now write to you this second epistle (in both of which I stir up your pure minds by way of reminder), that you may be mindful of the words which were spoken by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us, the apostles of the Lord and Savior, knowing this first: that scoffers will come in the last days walking according to their own lusts and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation…..But the heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same word, are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. ” (2 Pet. 3:1-7)
The Waiting Period = The Call to Repentance
“But Beloved do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.” (2 Pet. 3:9)
His Return During Unprecedented Cataclysm
“Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved (the old heaven and the old earth) what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire and the elements will melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.” (2 Pet. 3:11-13)
Until He Returns
Clearly the Lord mercifully tarries because He is still calling multitudes to return to Him in repentance and until the final trumpet sounds. (1 Cor. 15:51-52) Until then, Peter stressed the importance of diligence, holiness and peacefulness which the Lord Jesus Christ grants to those who have placed themselves under the banner of His Salvation:
“Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot and blameless and consider that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation – as also our beloved brother Paul, according to the wisdom given to him has written to you, as also in all his epistles speaking in them of these things in which are some things hard to understand, which untaught and unstable people twist to their own destruction, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures. You therefore, beloved, since you know this beforehand, beware lest you also fall from your own steadfastness, being led away with the error of the wicked but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen.” (2 Pet. 3:14-18)
Recommended Reading – Paul’s Epistles: Romans, 1 and 2 Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, 1 and 2 Thessalonians, 1 and 2 Timothy, Titus, Philemon, and Hebrews (most likely written by Him). (KJV preferably or NKJV versions)

I am hearing encouraging words of knowledge and confirmation on this message. Praise GOD and thank you Jesus.
