Vision
A few days ago I was shown a circle, a globe. In front of it stood a lion that was larger than the circle.
A Male Lion’s Role
A male lion is a powerful animal that depicts strength. Its primary role is to defend the pride’s territory. He marks and patrols his area, roars loudly to menacingly warn intruders and chases off anything that encroaches its turf.
What does it all mean?
The circle is the earth and this particularly large lion is biblically symbolic of the Lord in His role as the mighty Lion King that is prophesied to return during a time of great distress. Contrary to fallen man’s erring mindset and agenda for the earth and its people, I strongly sense that this vision was shown to confirm that the earth belongs to the Lord. It’s His turf and He has His own agenda! And that at an appointed time, He will roar in defense mode. He will not retreat – He will retain what the FATHER has entrusted unto Him from the beginning. And that includes not only the earth but all those who are His.
It was also significant that the Lion was standing instead of sitting – it appears to suggest that He is mobilized. It could be pointing to the Lord’s return in this powerful role sooner than we know. So be joyful and of good courage all you faithful Believers whose names are written in the ‘Book’, your deliverance draws nigh. Praise the Lord!
It is he who sits above the circle of the earth, and its inhabitants are like grasshoppers; who stretches out the heavens like a curtain, and spreads them like a tent to dwell in. (Is. 40:22)
A Psalm of David. The earth is the LORD’S, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. (Ps. 24:1)
Keep the Faith. There is a mighty Lion waiting to roar! I am hearing the following Word of Knowledge: “laugh”. Indeed, in coming days He will also laugh at anyone and anything that comes against Him!
But thou, O Lord, shalt laugh at them; thou shalt have all the heathen (nations) in derision because of his strength will I wait upon thee: for God is my defense. The God of my mercy shall prevent me: God shall let me see my desire upon mine enemies. (Ps. 59:8-10) (I am always in awe at how the Holy Spirit of truth guides this Believer to connect biblical verses together in a meaningful and contextual manner – I could never accomplish this on my own! ) Thank you, thank you, Lord.
