Resting In Jesus

Flash Back

In a dream, I suddenly found myself sitting on a bench outside somewhere with my head resting comfortably on someone’s right shoulder. It was dark – nightime – and people were frantically running here and there as though they were trying to escape something.  I looked at this person’s lap and observed a beautiful, long, white, linen robe.  Curious, I looked up to see who this might be and was awestruck to see that it was Jesus!  His head was lifted and His eyes were looking up above at the dark sky as though He were waiting for something to happen.  His expression was serious. Following His gaze, I looked up and knew that something BIG was about to pierce through the night sky.

Flash Forward

But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased. (Daniel 12:4)

This dream keeps coming to my remembrance and is being posted because I sense strongly that it relates to Daniel’s latter-day prophecies when many shall run to and fro. Some Bible scholars believe that this particular verse relates to modern day transportation, increased knowledge such as A.I., including a frantic search for knowing GOD’S Word. Within the scope of this vision and considering everything that is taking place in the world today, it also includes the frantic ‘running to and fro’ of people attempting to escape: fires, floods, earthquakes, volcanoes, tsunamis, pestilences, wars, terrorism, persecution, storms and celestial anomalies. All these events are happening now and it is indicative of the last days as prophesied by Jesus in Matthew Chapter 24 and Lk. Chapter 21:

Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. (Lk. 21:26)

Looking Up

In the dream, the prophetic time of great shaking had arrived. The Lord instructed that it would be an unprecedented time of upheaval on earth such as never was nor will ever be again. But and this is important, following Jesus’ gaze in the vision meant that we are also called to keep ‘watching’ and ‘looking up’. And it’s for good reason because it means that our redemption draws nigh!

And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh. (Lk. 21:28)

Rest In Jesus

Because of Jesus’ finished works on the Cross, we can find comfort, spiritual and emotional rest in Him during these chaotic latter days. And it includes faith, belief, prayer and obedience to His Word. It bears repeating that the hour is very late; don’t be caught fearful, anxious and running hopelessly in the dark. Rest faithfully in Him.

Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. (Mat. 11:28-30)

To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing; yet they would not hear. (Is. 28:12)

Forty years long was I grieved with this generation, and said, It is a people that do err in their heart, and they have not known my ways. Unto whom I sware in my wrath that they should not enter into my rest. (Ps. 95:11)

The Plague of Darkness

Dream

In a dream a couple of nights ago, I looked outside and noticed that it was nighttime. I ensured that the blinds and the curtains were closed properly and turned on two bright lamps. The clock on the wall pointed to 10:25. Upon seeing this, I said that it was becoming too dark to venture outside. (This is the second dream involving the exact same time on a clock. Egypt During A Time of Darkness: A Type and Shadow

Then the Lord said to Moses, “Stretch out your hand toward the sky so that darkness spreads over Egypt—darkness that can be felt.”  So Moses stretched out his hand toward the sky, and total darkness covered all Egypt for three days. No one could see anyone else or move about for three days. Yet all the Israelites had light in the places where they lived. (And their doorposts were sprinkled with lamb’s blood. (Ex. 10:21-24)

Since Jesus’ crucifixion, the blood of the Lamb is sprinkled on the hearts and minds of Faithful Believers because they have become the dwellings, the habitations, the temples that house the Light of the Holy Spirit and of GOD’S Word. And these are the two lamps, the two lights, the two fires, that need to be burning bright! (Eph. 2:22; 1 Cor. 3:16-17; Jn, 8:12; Ps. 109:105)

Let There Be Light!

The Lord wants to increasingly illuminate and fortify His Believers during this time of growing darkness in order to prepare us for what is coming with His Word and His Holy Spirit. Hades is breaking lose on earth and the darkness will intensify. We are called to come out of whatever distracts us from praying, studying scriptures, spending quiet introspective time with the Lord and to continue with the works He has called us to do. And to never ever fear nor be anxious about what happens or will happen because GOD will have HIS way in this darkness. And at one point in time the curtains will open again. And it is related in some way with The Rapture, linked here. That having been said, the time period between closing the curtains and opening them up again has not been disclosed. It could be imminent or could be years from now. But….we might be approaching the midnight hour sooner than we know (?)

And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him. Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. But the wise answered saying, Not so, lest there be not enough for us and you…(Mat. 25:3-13)

Keep the Faith and let us keep our lamps lit ensuring that we have a generous supply of oil. It will be needed.

CANADA – A Change of the Guard

A few days ago, the Canadian flag was shown which meant that something notable would take place. It’s no surprise to hear this morning that the current Prime Minister has publicly announced his resignation. We have seen it coming for a couple of months already. So, so much can be said about this but, for brevity’s sake, I will refrain from doing so at this time.

While listening to Trudeau’s speech, I was reminded of a forgotten dream, linked here, from a year ago that bears noting. And by no surprise, as I went back to that post the first picture that appeared on the screen was the… Canadian flag.

Prayers are critical for this country during this time of transition, many changes are on the horizon.

A Trail of Trucks

New Orleans

In the headlines this morning: US Army veteran who killed 15 in New Orleans attack was inspired by the Islamic State group. Story at the following link:

On January 1st, 15 people were killed and 35 more injured by a truck attack in New Orleans at the hands of an individual of Middle Eastern descent with apparent ties to Isis.

Las Vegas

Another truck attack followed hours later when a Tessla Cybertruck exploded in front of a Trump building; one has been reported dead and several more injured. This attack leaves no doubt that this was a deliberate act of terror with a strong message for the President-elect. The first assassination attack on DJT, was “a wake up call” and one that he will hopefully take more seriously in coming days. Whether or not Americans support him, the Bible tells us to pray for our leaders. (1 Tim. 2:1-2; Rom. 13:1). But because all men are fallible it is still GOD’S authority and HIS Word that we, as Believers, first and foremost believe in and trust for guidance.

These acts of lawlessness and terror are all part of the latter day scenario, And we are being warned. This is not a time to fear but a time to seek GOD, to be aware, to watch and to pray. Again, I am hearing a Word of Confirmation on this message.

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. (2 Chronicles 7:14-16)

2025: Into The Future

A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away. (Eccl. 3:6)

First Morning of 2025

I asked the Lord in prayer if He had a message for His Church for 2025. The answer came in the form of a vision: An open trash can was shown.

2025: A Time to Discard the Waste!

The Church is called to come out of offences, sin, discord, turmoil, deception, wrongful doctrines and divisiveness. In accordance with GOD’S Word, it is being called to discard the trash that besets it so that it can rise and shine as that awesome, uncompromising and unified Body of faith it was intended to be. (Eph. 4:11-13) It’s a critical but simple message really and one that uniquely applies to Believers.

2023 In Review

A review of a vision shown for 2023 is linked here because it still applies and will continue to do so until our Lord returns. 2023 was a pivotal time in history because bible prophecies began unfolding in unprecedented ways. And with it, the Latter-day bucket (or trash can) began filling up worldwide…the Holy Spirit reveals things in amazing ways. Praise be to GOD with thanksgiving!

Let us be found faithful, praying, watching, discerning and prepared. Time runs.

The Gift of GOD’S Word

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (Jn. 3:16(

“I Give You My Word” (Spoken Words of Knowledge 12/23/24)

As an Idiom, I Give You My Word is a strong expression that says: I promise or I guarantee.

More Than Just Words

These words, heard like the sound of a thundering trumpet, are for the churches in this hour. GOD the FATHER is reminding the churches of the redeeming gift HE gave us through HIS living Word, Jesus Christ. He was the Word who was at One with HIM from the beginning and is the same Word who created all things through HIS seven Spirits. (Gen. 1:1-3; Jn. 1:1-5; Jn. 3:34; Col. 1:16; Prov. 3:19; Is. 11:2; Rev. 1:4; 3:1; 4:5, 5:6) Importantly, HE is also bringing to mind the gifts of instructions, commandments, revelations and promises HE gave us through HIS written Word.

The Church throughout the world is encouraged to study the Word vis-a-vis what it personally means to us as redeemed Believers, within our spheres of influence, and of the coming of GOD’S New Kingdom. What a gift GOD the FATHER gave us in His Son, Jesus Christ and in HIS written Word! May the overcoming Church be increasingly illuminated and fortified by both. May the Lord Jesus Christ continue to bless you today, the year through and into eternity.

In closing this message, I am reminded that the living Word of God has traded a meek donkey for a valiant white stallion for these last days. May we learn to ride victoriously with Him in righteousness and in truth. (Jer. 12:5)

His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. (Rev. 19:12-14)

A Scroll: The First Seal

The Vision

In a vision early this morning, an ancient looking scroll appeared. The seal around it had just become undone. While wondering what I was looking at, the following Words of Knowledge were spoken: It Is Very Old. Immediately more words were spoken: Share It With The Churches.

Unsealing the Vision

I personally believe that this ancient scroll symbolizes the sealed scroll (or sealed book in KJV) of The Book of Revelation which describes events to take place prior to the outpouring of GOD’S judgment on earth during these latter days. (Rev. 5:1-7) And this seal appears to be related to the opening of the first of seven seals as written by Apostle John. And this makes sense considering that he was commissioned by Christ to share His revelations with the churches prior to His coming. (Rev. 1:10-11, 19) By default, it has to include the seven-sealed scroll of tribulation. (Rev. 5 and 6). Except for Daniel’s prophecies that dovetail in meaning with John’s prophecies, there is no other mention of a sealed scroll (or a sealed book) containing information foretold to be shared with the churches during these end times. (Dan. 12:4-9)

The First Seal

The opening of the first seal unleashes the first crowned Horseman of the Apocalypse – some type of ruler – who rides a white horse and who goes out to conquer. Some believe that this rider is the Antichrist synonymous with a Spirit of conquest and delusion and others believe He is Christ. Does the opening of the first seal include the period prior to the “the beginning of sorrows” or does it mark the beginning of the tribulation period? (Mat. 24) Different biblical scholars believe it can be one or the other.

In Brief…

Although no timeline was given in the vision, it appears that biblical judgments and events preceding the coming of Jesus Christ as Lord of Lords and King of Kings are getting ready to break. And with that being said, I believe that the Body of Christ, Israel, Canada, America and all nations are called to come to the Lord with faith, belief and repentance while time permits.

While wondering if I was correctly interpreting this vision, the following Words of Knowledge were spoken: Believe It!

And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear. (Is. 65:4)

Praise be to GOD our FATHER in the mighty name of the Lord of Lords and King of all Kings, Yeshua, Jesus the Christ. Amen.
