The Vision
Interesting vision this morning which symbolically displayed fallen authority and power in heaven. A large circle appeared in space that was made up of several human heads. These heads were turning around and would look into different directions, sometimes they would look at each other.
Interpretation
The Bible leaves no doubt that we fight not against flesh and blood but against powers and principalities that exist in higher dimensions. (Eph. 6:12) Within the context of this vision, I believe that these heads represent the authority of Leaders in high place who are of ‘one mind’ (heads unified in one circle). These are they who will fulfill particular roles in the beastly system on earth during these latter days. And this is also the dimension where the Lord, His Angels and the Faithful who are chosen and called battle against these fallen powers. And how do they overcome them? By the blood of the Lamb, Jesus Christ, who has been granted all power and authority in heaven and on earth! Clearly, it is a battle that is taking place in both planes of existence! (Rev. 12:12)
Faithful Believers who have been quickened by the Blood of the Lamb are empowered to pull down strongholds and cast out demons by the Lord’s Spirit. (Mat. 10:7-8) But Caution: Battling wicked and dark powers in high places without being firmly established on the Rock; without His anointing or without having been called by Him can be deceiving, harmful and dangerous. (Is. 10:27) If that is the case, continue to secure your spiritual armor, to abide in the shelter of our Lord, God, and Savior. To pray, to humbly remain in His Word, in His Spirit of Truth and to faithfully follow His guidance.
The Mind of the Beast
And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space. And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition. And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. These shall make war with the Lamb, and **the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful. ** (Rev. 17:10-14)
The Mind of Christ
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth. (Phil. 2:1-10)
And He (Jesus Christ) is the head (authority and power) of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence. (Col. 1:18-20) And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. (Mat. 28:18)
This is a vision that confirms latter-day prophecies. The devil and his fallen minions battle and will continue to do so until the time of fulfillment. And, yes, they will cause great distress as confirmed in the Word. But we are being reminded that in the grand scheme of GOD’S great master plan, they are absolutely no match against the authority (the Headship) of the resurrected Lamb, His Angels and His faithful Anointed. (Ps. 2; 1 Chr. 16:22) And, finally, as Believers we ought to rejoice greatly because our names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life and we know how it will all end in the end! Praise GOD and thank you Lord Jesus.
