“For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.” (1 Cor. 1:18)

A few days ago the following Words were spoken: “Restoration  (pause) Repossession”.  The following night before going to sleep, I prayerfully asked for clarification of what I had heard. Sometime during the course of the night I was awakened. As I lingered there in prayer for a few moments, an extraordinary Cross suddenly hovered above me. It was made of fine crystal or clear glass. Flashes of Light and vibrant colors were seen softly exploding and streaming from its center.  Then the following Word was spoken:  “Investment”.

Restoration:  The act or process of returning something to its earlier good condition or position, or to its owner.

Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, And uphold me by Your generous Spirit. Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.(Ps. 51:12-13).

The LORD is my light and my salvation— whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life– of whom shall I be afraid? When evil men advance against me to devour my flesh, when my enemies and my foes attack me, they will stumble and fall.” (Psalm 27:1)

Repossession: The act of taking possession again over something when a buyer defaults on payments.

“Then all your people will be righteous; They will possess the land forever, The branch of My planting, The work of My hands, That I may be glorified.” (Is. 60:21)

In Obadiah 1:17-21, we learn about Israel’s call to holiness and final triumph in taking possession of the lands that are fated to become part of the Lord’s kingdom. A kingdom that the deceiver has been attempting to steal and establish for himself since the fall of the Adamic parents. The vision, along with the spoken words, typifies securing one’s holiness and salvation (restoration) in the Cross of the Lamb; the Lord’s finished works of redemption. Only then can one take possession in the lands that belong to the Lord! The enemy, very clever in nature, might have duped Believers in some ways leading them to question their salvation and position in His Kingdom. But do know that he cannot have and keep possessions (spiritual blessings) that do not belong to him – he can’t afford them!  He does not have the authority, nor the blood right, nor the legal right to steal the salvation of faithful Believers, nor hijack their blessings nor can he keep them out of the Lord’s Kingdom.

There is Restoration and there is Re-possession at the cross for those who – despite trials and tribulations – genuinely continue to abide in Jesus Christ. They have learned the painful consequences of dealing with the world. They have been strengthened by these life lessons and will not lower their moral standards. They will not compromise with the world, the flesh and the devil.   As shareholders of the Cross of Grace, these Believers are beneficiaries of an eternal and spiritual Investment that will have explosive dividends now and most significantly in the New Kingdom age. And just how exciting is that!

All Your Dreams Will Come True As I Fulfill My Promises To You.” (Spoken Words)

And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you. And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.” (Joel 2:25-26)

“And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name Jesus.  He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David. And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end.” (Lk. 1:31-33)

Praises be to you GOD our FATHER and thanks be to you Beloved Lord and God Jesus Christ! How wondrous and awesome are your ways, great and holy Son of Righteousness, of Mercy and of Justice. ~

Keeping the Faith and Holding on to His Promises,
