This morning one single large crimson-red Poppy was shown in a vision.

In another seven days, the last Friday in October to November 11th, millions of Canadians wear a Poppy as a visual pledge to never forget those who bravely served and sacrificed their lives for our liberty.   In the natural, it’s too early to wear the Poppy but its symbolic meaning was well understood.

In Remembrance

The Greatest World War took place more than two thousand years ago on Calvary when Jesus’s crimson-red blood was shed for humanity.  Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it. (Col. 2:15) The Lord victoriously staked His claim when His Cross pierced Mount Golgotha – the ‘skull’.   Satan’s head, authority and kingship over the earth was dethroned and the Lamb brought us to Victory!  Jesus’ sacrifice liberated us from the debt of sin and death.  It gifted us with the precious Holy Spirit. And His sacrificial works still continue to redeem, guide, comfort, renew, transform and resurrect those who believe in Him in preparation for a New Kingdom in heaven and on a new earth. Jesus’ finished works on the Cross continue to remind us of Freedom, Peace and Hope for a better future.

Israel and Palestine

We are called to pray for the Peace of Israel.  But this morning I am also left praying that Palestinians will recognize the importance of rooting out Hamas.  That it will recognize that this Islamic militant group’s diabolical, atrocious and barbaric actions caused this war with a nation whose intent is to protect its citizens and borders.  That Palestine and all nations involved will come to understand that Iran is the flint that continues to stoke this war with the intent of establishing itself in Gaza and in other countries. And most importantly that GOD’S Will be done.

Remember the Messiah

All nations are called to recognize and remember Jesus Christ as the Prince of Peace able to reconcile a fallen world. To remember Him as the One and only Messiah and Intercessor who is seated at the right Hand of GOD in heaven. (Rom. 8:34) To remember that He has been granted all Authority, Power, Might, Wisdom and Spirit without measure! To remember that He has legions upon legions of powerful angels of the Light standing in the wings waiting to be dispatched. Know that He already has a plan for the faithful during these end times. But you must believe with faith that He is who He is. (Heb. 11:6)

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. (Jer. 29:11-14)

For unto us a Child is born (Isaiah prophetically disclosed the birth of Jesus Christ in Bethlehem – Israel, behold your Messiah!) Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. (Is. 9:6-8)

Grace to you and peace from God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for our sins, that He might deliver us from this present evil age, according to the will of our God and father to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen. (Ga. 1:3-6)

From beginning to end, latter-day prophesies will unfold exactly as has been foretold in Holy Writ. And during this time of war and conflict, we are called to remember Jesus Christ.

Keep the Faith,
