A Christian Website where revelatory Dreams, Visions, the Word of GOD and Words of Knowledge are shared.

Eyes to See and Ears to Hear – Vision

Someone recently expressed concern about giving expression to dreams, visions and words of knowledge posted here.  It was voiced that such manifestations were only the workings of a subconscious mind regurgitating things of the daily world; that the mind cleanses itself through dreams. While this can be true, it is not the case when it comes to the gifts of the Spirit. Last evening, I prayed about this concern, asking GOD that I would be very grateful and thankful if He would send a vision that could explain this truth better than I could ever explain it. The following simple vision – which I could never make up of my own volition – was shown:

VISION:

In a flash vision, a television set was presented on a four-wheel, silver-colored tv stand. The television set was gift wrapped all around with a wide bright gold ribbon secured with a large gold bow on top.  End of Vision.

INTERPRETATION:

By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen (visible) was not made out of what was visible (invisible). “ (Heb.11:3)

This verse explains that it is only with faith that we can understand the existence of an invisible world which can only be seen – or understood – by those things which are visible.  How else can we, with  earthly human faculties, understand the invisible than through things which are visible?  For example, the Lamb Apostle John saw in his vision was a representation of the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus does not exist in heaven as a Lamb. But this beloved Apostle understood that he was being shown the sacrificial Christ and the plan of redemption in visible form.  It has been said that a picture is worth a thousand words!

Consider an observer attempting to discern the meaning of something that is visible such as a painting. The observer’s goal is to understand the invisible meaning of what the artist renders. It follows that the observer considers aspects such as: colors, shapes, angles, setting, framework, etc.  By analogy, this is the case with visions and dreams.  The Artist is GOD whereas the visions and dreams are the paintings.  Attempting to understand these invisible visuals is the operation of the Holy Spirit at work in the Believer who considers all aspects from a tangible, visible and biblical perspective. (It bears noting that if visions and dreams do not align with the Word, the Believer does not recognize the artist’s work and it should be discarded. But this is not always the case – and this is very carefully noted – as things shown could be revelatory in a different way for different reasons.  GOD is not limited. And this takes a great deal of discernment in order to avoid deception.)

Back to the vision.  The television set also comes with audio capabilities.  This symbolizes the gift of the Words of Knowledge which can or might not always accompany the gift of visions and dreams.  Although the spoken word should contextually align with the written Word, they can convey revelations of things in the natural as well.  As with all manifestations of the Spirit, that too should be carefully discerned.  Because silver is biblically associated with the refined Word of God, it fits that these manifestations stand on His unadulterated Word (the silver tv stand) (Psalm 12:6). That the tv stand was portable means that these gifts are not limited to space, time and location.  As for the gold ribbon, the bow and its significance – gold is biblically affiliated with royalty. This means that the television set is a Holy-Spirit gift made available through the Lord of Lord and King of Kings, Jesus Christ. It is a gift fit for an invisible kingdom not fabricated with human hands.  And it is the operations – still in its infancy stages – of the New Kingdom which has yet to be fully established on earth.   And finally, the bow which secures everything in place is biblically symbolic of the New Covenant.

This message today might appear foolish to those who do not read and study the Word; to those whose religion or denomination does not permit them to believe in gifts of the Holy Spirit or to those who cannot wrap their intellect around something they cannot define via the scientific method or natural comprehension.  But for those who have had their senses exercised and believe with faith in the finished works of Christ and His Word; it is foolishness to believe otherwise.

“But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.” (1 Cor. 2:14)

Volumes could be written on this subject and for this reason, the reader is encouraged to undertake a biblical study on the topic.

Thank you Lord for answering my prayer.  May it bless those who doubt and all who read here today.

Keep the Faith,

Suzanne

    Hi Suzanne,
I read your post with a deep interest, and understand that not everyone can readily see all that the Lord has blessed on His children.
The gifts of the Holy Spirit are diverse and given to those the Lord has chosen to receive them.
I encourage all Believers to delve in the Word of God, in the Holy Bible, while praying for the wisdom and understanding of His Word, and become blessed by it.
It is for the benefit of all Believers to seek the revelations of those blessed to receive God’s indicators, in helping us recognize the signs as we enter the Beginning of Sorrows, and then the Latter Days.
    Jesus said:
    “But blessed are your eyes for they see, and your ears for they hear;
for assuredly, I say to you that many prophets and righteous men desired to see what you see, and did not see it, and hear what you hear, and did not hear it.” Matthew 13:16,17 NKJV
“For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famine, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places.
All these are the beginning of sorrows.” Matthew 24:7,8 NKJV
“And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another” Matthew 24:10 NKJV
“But he who endures to the end shall be saved.
And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.” Matthew 24:13,14 NKJV

May the Peace of Christ continue to fill your spirit.

      Hello Marc,
Your kindness shines through your words like a ray of sunshine this morning. Absolutely in agreement with you about the critical importance of reading the Bible. If ever there was a time to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, it is now. And if ever there was a need to understand the times we are living in and considering what is yet yet to come, it certainly is now. Sadly and tragically, many will be caught unaware.
Thank you for sharing your wisdom!
Keep the Faith Marc – it’s what keeps all who believe,
      Suzanne
