This morning I was shown empty blue planting bowls hanging in the air by fine gold chain hangers.
Empty Prayers
The vision was immediately understood. In this case, the bowls represent prayerful censers. In my dreams and visions, the color blue is always associated with the Spirit. On the other hand, gold was abundant in the temple and tabernacle right down to the priests’ utensils. But since the implementation of Jesus Christ’s New Covenant in our hearts and minds, Believers have since become a royal Priesthood under Christ servicing within their inner temples wherein the Spirit of GOD resides. (1 Pet. 2:9, 1 Cor. 3:16) Altogether, the hanging flower bowls with fine gold chain link hangers represent priestly prayer offerings (a role fulfilled by priests in the ancient tabernacle and temple.) But tragically, these bowls were empty – there were no visible flowers symbolic of the fragrant prayerful aroma and incense.
Call to Prayer and a Warning
The Church is being called to genuine heartfelt prayers. Lukewarm Believers have not because they ask not or they are asking amiss. I am hearing the Word “Prostitution”. (!) Everyone involved in this immoral activity needs to know that they become unified into a state of oneness with harlots. Not only are they in danger of fornication including adultery if married, they are incurring upon themselves the fallen spirit/s and sins the other sinner is carrying. They cannot bring their prayers to the Lord of holiness in this condition and expect to receive. These backsliders are called to humble themselves before Him. They are called to lead a godly, wholesome and holy life. On another level of understanding, if Believers are associating with a religious harlot of false and corrupt religion, they are also in the same danger. In either case, the enemy is seeking to steal the gold that is in them, to destroy and even kill them! (Jn. 10:10) Repent and become united with our merciful Lord of Righteousness while you still can. He will forgive, strengthen and help you through all things but you must faithfully seek Him and continuously abide in Him.
Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid. What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh. But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit. (1 Cor. 6:15-17)
From whence come wars and fighting among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members? Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts. Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy? But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. (James 4:1-6)
Church! It’s high time to get real! Sin impairs and nullifies prayers! Lukewarm Believers repent at the risk of being spewed out by the Lord. (Rev. 3:16)
Keep the Faith. A critically-important message for a critical time of apostasy.
