Dream
On May 4th and in a dream, I became aware that a church somewhere was on fire. In an attempt to avoid being burned, a few people were shown running away. The scene changes to show a number of pigs outside somewhere that were frozen solid in dark icy mud. (This scene appeared on the left side of my field of vision.) Suddenly I heard a voice from somewhere declare: They only preach the Cross. No sooner were these words spoken that the pigs began to thaw out and to move. The pig at the front stood up on its legs. And I was aware that the rest would most likely do the same.
Interpretation
This dream was significant and was immediately understood. The fire represented the fire of the Holy Spirit that cleans, refines and I am hearing purifies. And it’s a fire that a number of people in the church at large will not want to accommodate nor confront. The pigs on the outside biblically represent non-ruminant and unclean animals that symbolize people wallowing in a state of sin, impurity, corruption and unrighteousness (the left side). The action of thawing out means that they are waking up from whatever has kept them frozen and paralyzed in sinful uncleanliness. And it is the power of the Cross that will accomplish this work! Jesus Christ’s blood sacrifice not only paid the legal debt to ransom unbelievers from sin; it gifted mankind with GOD’S most precious Holy Spirit who seals, sanctifies, regenerates and renews non-believers and fallen believers even now and in preparation to inherit an eternal inheritance.

This dream conveys that some unbelievers who have died in their sin (including backsliders who have grown ice cold) will be brought back “to life” by the Lord Jesus Christ, His Word and the Holy Spirit! And as was the case with Apostle Peter, some born-again Believers have been (and will be) called and given KEYS of opportunity to accomplish this great work in miry places they might not want to go. If that is the case, remember that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of GOD. And that it is only by GOD’S grace that we have been saved.
