For whom the Lord loves he chastens, and scourges every son whom he receives. If ye endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chastens not? (Heb. 12:6-7)
Shaping Earthen Vessels
In an early morning vision I was shown a wide stove top attached to a very long counter. Three white bowls were being shaped by two invisible hands; two appeared to be on the stove top whereas one was resting on the counter. As the vision unfolded, I saw that they were being delicately fashioned by two invisible hands. The hands were softly and fluidly sweeping up the sides so that the bowls were elongated and appeared taller. At one point, the Word “Glaze” was spoken.
A Fiery Process
The bowls are earthen vessels. From a biblical perspective, they symbolize Holy-Spirit filled sons and daughters who are being transformed by fire into the image of Christ. (2 Cor. 3:18) The 3 bowls not only represent 3 individuals; it is a profound work that involves the operation of the Holy Trinity. And the Hands belong to the Potter of the New Kingdom who, in this case, is symbolic of the Lord Jesus Christ. (Phil 1:6).
Glazing – the final step of this fiery preparation – is important because it seals the surface’s porosity making the vessel able to hold liquid while at the same time strengthening it. In this final stage, the Potter mixes glazes and apply it to the bisque-ware before loading it into the kiln for fire glazing. I am hearing the Word “Burning”. Indeed, heat is needed in order to solidify and glaze an earthen vessel; not always a pleasant experience as testified by those who have undergone and are still undergoing this transformation.
But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us. (2 Cor. 4:7)
Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? (1 Cor. 3:16)
Daniel’s Prophecy of the Whitened Ones
And He said, Go your way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end. Many shall be purified and made white and tried (righteousness and holiness by the fire of the Holy Spirit made available through the finished works of Jesus Chris. Some believe this applies to the 144,000 latter-day witnesses; it also applies to the remnant Church) but the wicked (Unbelievers, scoffers, mockers, backsliders, sinners, those ‘of the world’) shall do wickedly; and none of the wicked shall understand: but the wise shall understand. (Dan. 12:9-10)
Indeed, the glazed and Wise ones shall be made white! Although it wasn’t spoken, I believe that these purified, anointed and fire-proofed vessels of righteousness will have a powerful testimony during these difficult latter days. But not before they are purged and strengthened from the worldly dross that could contaminate, jeopardize and even break their ministries. GOD definitely has a plan in preparation for His Son’s Return and Second Coming and the Wise shall understand it! Far better to be disciplined and righteously purged now by the Lord than to burn because of wickedness at the time of judgement. And despite the Burning of the purge, these spiritually-elevated vessels of honor will still rejoice because they know it is all for a good reason. They are, after all, in the best of Hands! Praise the good Lord!
Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy. If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified. But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men’s matters. Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf. For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear? Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator. (1 Pet. 4:12-19)
I am hearing the Word: Endure (Mat. 24:12-14 Cf. Heb. 12:6-7)
Keep the Faith. Here come the Wise Ones! To GOD be all the glory. Amen and amen.
