“You have a mighty arm; strong is your hand, high your right hand.” (Ps. 89:13)
This morning I was shown stones being piled up. They were different looking stones. Although earthy in color, they were smooth and round with no jagged edges; they all looked the same. As they were being piled up side-by-side, the height appeared to be increasing. As I looked at these, I thought perhaps a wall or a foundation was being built. Suddenly, I heard myself prayerfully ask: “What Are These Stones?” Immediately a response was spoken: “THEY ARE FROM THE RIVER”.
It was immediately understood that these stones symbolically represented the 12 stones of Israel which Joshua Son of Nun took from the River Jordan and erected as a monument at Camp Gilgal. (Joshua Chapter 4) And because there were more than 12 stones in the vision; it was understood that they symbolized all the chosen ones of the 12 tribes – those who crossed the river with Joshua. While watching a video this morning on the subject, the narrator quoted a biblical verse that instantly caught my attention:
“Now the people came up from the Jordan on the tenth day of the first month, and they camped in Gilgal on the east border of Jericho. And those twelve stones which they took out of the Jordan, Joshua set up in Gilgal. Then he spoke to the children of Israel, saying: “When your children ask their fathers in time to come, (in the future) saying, ‘What are these stones?’ then you shall let your children know, saying, ‘Israel crossed over this Jordan on dry land’ for the Lord your God dried up the waters of the Jordan before you until you had crossed over, as the Lord your God did to the Red Sea, which He dried up before us until we had crossed over, that all the peoples of the earth may know the hand of the Lord, that it is mighty, that you may fear the Lord your God forever.” (Josh 4:20-24 NKJV) The miracles of antiquity are to be related again and again (in time to come). Past miracles provide Believers with faith for the present “Now” and the future. (Summarized from The Expositor Bible). Cf. Hebrews Chapter 11. What GOD has in store now and for coming days will be just as monumental and awesome!
In comformity with GOD’s declaration from thousands of years ago, the question was, indeed, unknowingly posed by a daughter all the way up from Canada: “What are these stones?” The answer was given and understood. They are GOD’s chosen people who had crossed over into the Promised Land. The Mighty Hand of the Lord dried up the River Jordan and parted the Red Sea, against all odds, for His chosen ones so they could escape the enemy and arrive at their destination. A land that was given to them by GOD. And HE wants HIS people and everyone on earth to know, to remember and never forget, the power and even the reverential fear associated with HIS mighty Hand! The vision, the written Word, Words of Knowledge and the Holy Spirit all testify of this awesome undertaking! Praise GOD our FATHER and thank you Lord God Jesus Christ!
After the vision, I was shown a large blue storage box containing clothes. The interpretation is found in the following verses; it is certain that GOD is moving or is about to move things according to HIS plan!
“Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me (walls made of stone). Thy children shall make haste; thy destroyers and they that made thee waste shall go forth of thee. Lift up thine eyes round about, and behold: all these gather themselves together, and come to thee. As I live, saith the LORD, thou shalt surely clothe thee (new clothing) with them all, as with an ornament (jewels/stones), and bind them on thee, as a bride doeth. For thy waste and thy desolate places, and the land of thy destruction, shall even now be too narrow by reason of the inhabitants, and they that swallowed thee up shall be far away. (Is. 49:16-19)
The Hand of the Lord is mighty and strong and the names of the faithful are graven on those holy palms. Palms that had been sacrificially pierced on earth with the Blood of the New Covenant. The clothes packed in the blue storage box symbolizes that GOD will prophetically clothe a new Israel. Old garments will be put away and new garments of salvation and righteousness will be given. HE will protectively draw, move and unify hidden and redeemed Jews and Gentiles together as One in HIM through HIS Son. No one can accomplish this herculean feat without GOD’s guidance at the risk of gathering “False” stones and building temple walls, foundations or monuments in delusion. Only the Right Hand of GOD can accomplish this.
GOD has great plans for HIS people as knew the faithful Abraham who awaited the promise of a new land – a heavenly country and city. (Heb. 11:8-16; Phil. 3:20) A place that will be established on 12 foundational stones that bear the names of Jesus’ 12 New Covenant Apostles. Yes, HE has great plans waiting in the wings for His faithful ones! Follow the way the Lord made passable into the promised land today. GOD can do this for you. Believe and trust HIM in everything – nothing is impossible. HE is our Leader, HE is our strength and HE is monumental! HE is GOD!
So much more could be said about this subject but I will refrain from adding more at the risk of deviating from the essence of the vision.
